The Get Fit 2015 Challenge has been building toward this workout with weights. Your core should be fired up, your body stronger; now we are going to work you a bit harder by adding dumbbells to each move.
Directions: Warm up with three minutes of light cardio, then perform each three-exercise circuit twice. Use five- to 10- pound weights. Cool down with three minutes of stretching.
