Every once in a while, Game of Thrones makes us cringe, and last season, age added to the awkward factor in several scenes. There's the time Lord Baelish kisses Sansa, and a moment between Margaery Tyrell and Tommen Baratheon where it seems like things might become intimate. It's a little awkward, since Margaery is supposed to be around 22 years old and Tommen is around 12. As we thought about these age gaps, we also found ourselves wondering — how old, exactly, are the actors themselves, anyway?
Over the past few seasons, there have been multiple couples with bigger age gaps — we're looking at you, Tyrion and Sansa — but it always veers into uncomfortable territory when we're watching such young characters getting thrust into arranged relationships with partners much older than them.
