Flatten Your Belly With Yoga

Today's workout in our Get Fit 2015 Challenge is all about the core. Skip the crunches and hop on your mat for this effective yoga workout designed to target the abs.

Directions: begin with a few Sun Salutations to warm up. Then move through this 14-pose sequence on the right side, and repeat on the left.
