Tom Brady and the New England Patriots beat the Indianapolis Colts in Sunday's AFC Championship game, which means the hot quarterback and his team are headed to the Super Bowl. Tom took to Facebook to share his excitement for the new AFC Championship title, and he brought his wife, Gisele Bündchen, in on the fun, too. He posted a sweet snap with the caption, "Thank You New England!!!" after also sharing photos of his three children cheering him on. Tom is no stranger to this honor since he's now won it six times while with the Patriots.
